Communio has extensive experience in working with public and private organisations and facilities in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, to provide incident management and Root Cause Analysis training.

Our training program is comprehensive and based on the evidence produced by researchers such as James Reason, Charles Vincent and the work undertaken by the Veterans Health Administration in the USA. In previous work roles, Communio team members were responsible for developing and implementing the NSW Health incident management system (known as the Safety Improvement Program).
