CATHIE O'NEILL
Executive Manager
Cathie is an Executive Manager for Communio leading our Canberra based team. Cathie has lead many of Communio’s significant and national projects over the last two years and is highly sought after for her practical, people-centred approach to undertaking large projects and evaluations. Her approach to facilitation and training sees her attracting much repeat business with clients.
Cathie’s background in the health sector includes roles in senior management, organisational development, safety and quality, and education. She has worked across the public, private, not-for-profit, acute and aged care sectors in rural, regional and metropolitan settings. Cathie has a particular focus on workforce development and quality and safety and was a previous Regional Director of Nursing with operational responsibility for 16 hospitals. Her strong professional focus on culture change, training, development, and quality outcomes ensures clients’ needs are well-defined, appropriate strategies put in place and sustainable change engineered.
